So this was my first attempt at a green smoothie and I have to say, it was a success and delicious!
1 lb Strawberries
1 cup of pineapple
5 oz of spinach
A little bit of water to blend, maybe 1/2 cup to a cup.
It made a little over 3 – 16 oz cups and I’m so full! I first blended the strawberries and pineapple with water, added the spinach once that was well blended and tasted it and wanted it a bit sweeter so I added 2 bananas, YUM!!! This wasn’t even in a high speed blender either and it was still delicious!
Nutridiary calculated this at 462 calories, 87% carbs, 5% fat and 8% protein.
